Best Of My City is a community-powered platform that lets users discover, vote for, and suggest local businesses, services, and places through community-driven rankings. bestofplaya.mx is the current public city site for Playa del Carmen within the Best Of My City platform. By accessing or using any Best Of My City city site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Best Of My City. By creating an account or casting a vote, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To vote or submit content, you must create a free account using Google, Facebook, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, remove, or reject any content, rankings, businesses, suggestions, or votes at our sole discretion if we determine they violate these Terms or harm the integrity of the platform. We are not obligated to provide prior notice before taking such action.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the platform. Decisions are made at our discretion.

The Best Of My City brand, platform design, and original content are owned by Best Of My City. Community-submitted content (votes, suggestions, business submissions) remains the property of the submitting user, but by submitting you grant Best Of My City a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Best Of My City is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability
